Brendan is serving as co-director for our 2018 production of The Broom Cupboard.
Brendan is honored to be working on his first Misfit production. He is a director and writer originally from Florida who has worked in new play development for an off-broadway theatre in New York and directed numerous successful plays and musicals in the Tampa-bay area.
Brendan founded the Actor’s Lab talent consulting service in 2016 and has coached many actors who have won acting awards, earned scholarships to top acting programs and conservatories, and have been cast in professional theatre, film, and television roles.
He has also taught theatre and related performing arts courses at the college and high school level throughout the Southeast. He has a B.A. in English and Drama from Queens University of Charlotte and an MFA in Media and Performing Arts from SCAD.

Brendan accepted an offer to join the Misfit Theatre Company shortly after moving to Greenville with his wife and daughter in January. He is looking forward to working with Johnathan Schofield and other company members to build out Misfit’s Theatre Education offerings in the near future.
